Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available).
Please note: During busy periods, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
UK Orders
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
International Orders
Standard International: 7–14 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as customs or postal delays may occur.
Order Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link once it’s dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
When She Moves is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or postal services.
If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier first using your tracking number. If you need help, you can reach us at whenshemovesinfo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier — please allow up to 14 working days for resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
