We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once items are handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We offer a 14-day return period for refunds and 28 days for exchanges.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return address will be provided via email once your return is approved.
